Enchant Cloak - Stealth was changed not too long ago to now give +8 Agi and +8 Dodge, making it the best enchant for the new heirloom cloaks. Unfortunately, when this change occurred the cloaks were not even close to being released so they did not sell well, if at all, for me. However, now that guilds who have been capping their exp every day are five days away from reaching level ten and unlocking the heirloom cloaks, I expect this enchant to become very popular very soon.
If you don't have the enchant already, you still have plenty of time to pick it up. You'll need to reach exalted with the Cenarion Expedition first and then you can pick the formula up from the quatermaster at the Cenarion Refuge in Zangarmarsh. If you did the Zangarmarsh quests while leveling, you should already be at honored or very close to it. After that, the easiest way to grind rep will be to run The Steamvault on normal over and over again. At 85, this should be cake. Don't forget to loot the bodies for Coilfang Armaments! After the initial quest to turn one in, each will give you 75 rep. You can also find them on the AH if you'd rather die than run Steamvault one more time. I know that happened to me.
Even if you're not an enchanter and can't take advantage of this formula, you might still be able to turn a decent profit running SV and selling the armaments on the AH. They normally sell for about 10g, but when the cloaks are released and people try to grind rep for the formula, I wouldn't be surprised if they sell for much more. There'll probably be at least one enchanter on your server looking to get the formula who'd rather pay a hefty sum than grind dungeons, so take advantage of that if you can!
